The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has released the deployment list for the 2025 Batch ‘B’ Stream I prospective corps members.
The announcement was made on Monday through the scheme’s official Facebook page and other social media platforms.
The NYSC urged all registered Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) to immediately log in to the NYSC portal to check their deployment status and begin necessary preparations for the upcoming Orientation Course.
In the official notice, the NYSC reminded PCMs to download, print, and sign the Addendum document—a mandatory document that must be submitted during registration at their respective orientation camps.
The scheme also issued a safety advisory, cautioning PCMs against traveling at night as they head to their assigned camps. The directive emphasized the importance of prioritizing personal safety during transit.
In addition to the safety notice, the NYSC clarified that some PCMs posted to Lagos State will be required to attend their Orientation Course in neighboring states, including Ekiti, Ondo, Ogun, and Osun.
Similarly, PCMs posted to the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) will participate in the Orientation Course in camps located in either Nasarawa or Kaduna State.
“Prospective Corps Members are advised to print and sign the Addendum, which is to be submitted during registration in the Orientation Camp.
“PCMs are advised not to travel at night to the Orientation Camp. Some PCMS deployed to Lagos will have their Orientation Course in Ekiti, Ondo, Ogun and Osun Camps. Some PCMS deployed to FCT will have their Orientation Course in Nasarawa and Kaduna Camps,” the statement read.
The deployment marks the beginning of the mandatory one-year national service, a key initiative aimed at fostering national integration and youth development in Nigeria. The orientation exercise is expected to commence soon across various states, and corps members are encouraged to comply fully with all directives issued by the scheme.
